Mastantuono has served as the Chief Financial Officer of ServiceNow, Inc. Mastantuono has served as a member of our board of directors since April 2021. Carvalho holds an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles Anderson School of Management and he was a sports broadcaster at KALX FM and a BS in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Carvalho serves on the board of Modern Times Group MTG AB, a publicly traded Swedish company. Carvalho also serves as a member of the board of directors of several private companies. Carvalho served as a member of the board of directors of G5 Entertainment AB, a publicly traded Swedish gaming company. Carvalho served in several capacities with Lucasfilm Ltd., a film and entertainment company, including as the head of Business Development. From June 2008 to October 2010, he served as Vice President and General Manager of Smart圜ard, a division of Gazillion Entertainment, a developer of online computer games which was dissolved in November 2017. Carvalho served as Chief Operating Officer of Kabam Games, Inc., a developer of online computer games.
Between January 2010 and December 2013, Mr. Carvalho serves as a member of the board of directors and as an advisor to several private gaming and entertainment companies. Carvalho has been a member of our board of directors since December 2015.
